Payment
Payment for all purchases must be made at the time of purchase with a credit card. Vellus Products accepts American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. By purchasing merchandise with the credit card you represent you are the authorized user/cardholder, bound by the terms and conditions set by the card issuer. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped. Shipping Policies
Actual delivery times and costs are subject to change. For orders within the contiguous United States, the cost displayed in the shopping cart at the time of your order will reflect your shipping charges. This information will also appear in your order confirmation email. Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours from acceptance of order.
Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. International shipping costs will not be automated on our website. Please contact us for international rates. If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible.
Refund/Return Policy
We are confident that you will love your purchase; however in the rare instance that you aren’t satisfied, Vellus Products will accept returns, refunds and exchanges within 30 days of receipt of your order, provided the items are in their original packaging and are in new and resaleable condition. If items were damaged in shipping, please contact us within 10 days of receipt. Please retain damaged packaging and merchandise so that we can make a shipping claim with our shipping company.
Cancellation
An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.
